Gerard Cosmetics Hydra-Matte Liquid Lipstick in Serenity.  Don't let the name confuse you, this hydra-matte liquid lipstick is actually rose quartz!  This soft pink look was inspired by the Japanese anime films, Sailor Moon.  It works well both day and night.  Get your's for $20.00.

Dulce & Gabbana Beauty Shine Lipstick in Light Blue 185.  D&G has hit this lipstick out of the ballpark!  The serenity hue is to die for and adds volume to lips.  Light Blue 185 costs $34.50 at Nordstrom's.
